These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Liaison Card website, the Liara™ AI advisory service, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Madesh Vijay Kumar, trading as Liaison Cart Business Solutions ("Liaison Card", "we", "us", or "our"), a registered proprietorship based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
By accessing the Service, creating an account, or activating a Liaison Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Liaison Card provides a buyer-side real estate advisory service powered by Liara™, an AI-based analysis system. The Service includes:
Important: The Liara™ AI analysis is provided for informational and advisory purposes only. It is based on market data and publicly available RERA records. It does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. All data surfaced by Liara™ should be independently verified before making any property commitment.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
To access Liara's analysis, you must provide your name, WhatsApp number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Liaison Card is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
The Liaison Card is a one-time purchase that includes one year of membership benefits. On purchase:
The cashback reward is calculated as follows:
"Agreement value" means the base sale consideration stated in the registered sale agreement — the amount on which stamp duty is calculated. It does not include GST, stamp duty, registration charges, maintenance deposits, car parking charges, club membership fees, or any other additional charges.
The cashback reward is funded from channel partner commission received by Liaison Card from the empanelled builder on the specific transaction. The reward is returned to the buyer after the 120-day refund window completes, and in all cases within 120 days of the agreement date.
Important — reward conditions: The reward is contingent on the empanelled builder releasing channel partner commission to Liaison Card on the specific transaction. If a builder disputes the channel partner tagging or withholds commission, Liaison Card's reward payment obligation is suspended until the dispute is resolved. Liaison Card will make reasonable efforts to recover the commission on the buyer's behalf but cannot guarantee reward payment where commission is withheld by the builder through no fault of Liaison Card. In such cases, Liaison Card will notify the buyer and provide the relevant documentation of the dispute.
The standard card price is ₹4,999. Promotional pricing may be available from time to time through coupon codes announced on the Liaison Card website or social channels. Liaison Card reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Once a card is purchased, the buyer is entitled to all benefits at the price paid regardless of subsequent price changes.
Liaison Card maintains a list of empanelled builders for which verified intelligence is available and for which the cashback reward applies. This list is subject to change. Liaison Card receives channel partner commissions from empanelled builders on completed transactions. The cashback reward paid to buyers is derived from these commissions. This commercial arrangement does not affect the independence of Liara's analysis — Liara's analysis is designed to identify the best project for each buyer's specific situation, not to favour any particular builder.
Liara™ is an AI advisory system. Its outputs are based on market data, RERA public records, and analytical reasoning. The following limitations apply:

Liaison Card shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering the Service where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, builder site closures, or regulatory changes. In such circumstances, Liaison Card will notify affected members and make reasonable efforts to reschedule or substitute the affected service components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liaison Card's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount paid for the card. Liaison Card is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to property transaction outcomes, reliance on Liara's analysis, or actions taken by the buyer or seller during or after site visits.
